Quasi ogni stanza ha il suo spazio esterno molto piacevolmente attrezzato.
La casa poi é molto vivibile esternamente con ampia terrazza coperta da tetto in tegole con spettacolare vista mare con barbecue, tavolo da pranzo e divani.
La piscina è ampia e non clorata ma con depurazione ad ossigeno curata giornalmente e attrezzata.
Dal solarium al piano superiore, si gode un incantevole vista a 360 gradi sul golfo di Romazzino.
Il giardino sempre in stile mediterraneo è ben tenuto ed è un incantevole quadro sul mare che infonde una piacevole sensazione di quiete e di intimità.
Il mare in linea d´aria sarà a circa 100 mt.
Per raggiungere la spiaggia di Romazzino è sufficiente una passeggiata di non oltre 5 minuti, mentre per arrivare alla spiaggia del Principe bisogna calcolare dai 10 ai 15 minuti.

From the solarium on the top floor, it offers a breathtaking 360-degree views of the Gulf of Romazzino.
The Mediterranean-style garden is well maintained and is an enchanting view on the sea that gives a pleasant sensation of tranquility and intimacy.

To reach the Romazzino beach just a walk of no more than 5 minutes, while to get to the Principe beach you have to calculate from 10 to 15 minutes
